I actually sold this condominium to my lifelong friend, Dave, when it was brand new. He now lives in Arizona, and it is priced to sell at $319,400! He just renovated the kitchen, both baths, and the laundry room! This is too good to miss!

Yesterday, I completed my five and a half month journey with pancreatic cancer. I am now cancer-free, and I thank God and everyone who has prayed for and supported me throughout! Below is a photo of me this morning, headed back to my office. I feel great, and I feel extremely blessed!
