We are so excited to welcome Sean Kleinschmidt to the team as Lead Mechanical Engineer!

Sean is a long-time friend of Glassboard turned full-time member of the team (our favorite kind of transition). Sean brings a wealth of experience in mechanical design, engineering, and program management to the team.

In his free time, Sean can be found machining parts on his home CNC mill, 3D printing fidget toys, loving on his mini-golden doodle, snowboarding, and tinkering with electric vehicles.

To get the most out of early usability studies, it is important that your design team be able to participate, observe, and probe in order to glean the insights that lead to minimizing use-errors. Our team members hold certifications in human subject research and can help design studies, run studies, and respond to the results of human factors evaluations to improve product and user outcomes.

Join us in welcoming David Bye to the team! David joins the GB team in Business Development and brings with him a deep knowledge of semiconductors, electronics, and embedded software for consumer electronics products.

In his free time, David enjoys the sports of Windsurfing, Snowboarding, Kayaking, and Onewheeling. He volunteers his time with ‘Keep Indianapolis Beautiful’ and is a vegetable gardener and beekeeper.
