Our company is a woman-owned and operated enterprise established in Indianapolis, IN in 2011 as Monarch Training Solutions, LLC. As our scope of services has expanded beyond training, we are now doing business as Monarch Safety Management LLC. We provide health and safety services for General Industry and Construction Industry businesses, including consulting, developing and implementing written safety plans, on-site safety coordination, and employee training.
