Exterior Close Up- Washington Project
We made updates to the exterior of this beautiful home that still kept the character in place while adding a fresh feel to the home.

Fresh Paint- We painted the trim, gutters, timbers and garage doors Sherwin Williams Balanced Beige, it was previously a very dark brown. All stucco went Sherwin Williams Alabaster.

Front Doors- We added glass to the mahogany front doors by cutting out upper panels in the existing doors and adding the insulated glass. We also refinished the doors and added new hardware.

Landscape- We pulled out some plants, added hydrangeas under the bay window and did some general clean up.

We didn’t need to do a complete overhaul, but the changes we made updated the home and highlighted its beautiful features!
