GREEN CHICKEN TAMALES INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken filling
โ–บ 8 garlic cloves
โ–บ 1 cup of water
โ–บ 6 lb chicken 
โ–บ 1 whole onion
โ–บ 1 garlic head
โ–บ 2 bay leaves 
โ–บ 1 tsp whole black pepper
โ–บ 1 tbsp salt
โ–บ 1/2 white onion
โ–บ Some black pepper
โ–บ 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
For the green salsa:
โ–บ 12 tomatillos
โ–บ 2 serrano peppers
โ–บ 1 jalapeรฑo
โ–บ 3 Anaheim peppers
โ–บ 2 poblano peppers
โ–บ Some cilantro
โ–บ 3 garlic cloves
โ–บ 1/2 white onion
โ–บ 1/2 tsp oregano
โ–บ 1/2 tsp black pepper
โ–บ 1/2 tsp cumin
โ–บ 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
โ–บ 1 cup of water from tomatillos
For the masa
โ–บ 1 1/2 cups lard
โ–บ 2 tsp salt
โ–บ 5 tsp baking powder
โ–บ 6 cups masa (I'm using Maseca for Tamales)
โ–บ 4 cups chicken broth (from where we cooked the chicken)
โ–บ 2-3 cups of water
โ–บ Some corn husks

Smoked ripe red peppers over natural hardwood, then oven/airfried and blended them into the most vibrant, flavorful paprika ever. No additives, just pure smoky goodness!โฃ ๐Ÿ˜‹

๐ŸŒฟ Whatโ€™s used:โฃ
โ€“ Ripe red peppers (tatase or red bell peppers)โฃ
โ€“ Clean, dry hardwood chips โฃ
โ €โฃ
๐Ÿ”ฅ How to make it:โฃ
 1. Wash and slice peppers open (remove seeds if you want it mild).โฃ
 2. Smoke using safe wood for 40-60mins until skin starts to dry.โฃ
 3. Sun-dry or oven-dry at low temp until completely crisp.( at 100oC for 40mins)โฃ
 4. Blend into a fine powder.โฃ
 5. Store in an airtight jar and enjoy in stews, marinades, and spice rubs!โฃ
