At Horizon House, neighbors seeking support with vocational goals can enroll in RISE (Reaching for Independence and Self-Sufficiency through Employment).
This program provides job readiness training, access to an internet-connected computer lab, and vocational case management to support education and employment goals. 🌱

Housing First 💙

Horizon House supports neighbors experiencing homelessness through integrated, comprehensive services designed to help individuals secure and maintain housing.

By prioritizing access to permanent housing without preconditions or barriers to entry, this approach supports long-term stability and helps reduce the risk of returning to homelessness.

Volunteers needed 💙💛

Horizon House invites you to join its volunteer program, which is dedicated to educating and engaging individuals to become lifelong community advocates for neighbors experiencing homelessness.
