Community Outreach Network Services is happy to announce that we have received a grant from IndyGo Foundation ! With this bus fare grant we can continue to support our community by removing financial barriers in regards to transportaion for individuals reentering our community in Marion county. This will assist individuals who struggle with Mental health and addiction gain access to needed services for support, employment and medical needs. We at C.O.N.S.
