The Camaro really showed some consistency in the 1/8th mile today, but it just wasn’t our weekend. A second round exit on Saturday after missing the tree a little bit was the end of our day.

Today, in round 1, a dead on 5.352 on the 5.35 dial would have been great, had we not left the tree leaving the red bulb on by -.001.

It wasn’t our weekend, but some of them are gonna be like that. We still had a great time hanging out at the track with family and friends! We’ll be back at it again in two weeks for another two day bracket race at IRP!

After sitting all day in anticipation for the semi final round, Bob showed up strong and made a great run in a very tight round that saw Rock Haas get the round win.

A perfect .000 reaction time to start gave Bob a slight advantage on the starting line, but a too quick 9.895 turned on the win light in the other lane.

What a weekend and what a start for Bob this year. 2 races in, and he has a semi final and a runner up finish!

Ryan couldn’t let Bob have all the fun this weekend and went out to Indianapolis Raceway Park did the weekend to do some bracket racing.

Saturday’s rain cancelled racing for the day, but the weather is beautiful today and the pits are pretty full!

It’s awesome to have Rick and Kalyn out here with us today from Sullivan Home Loans as they check out the action for the first time!

Super Gas eliminations are completed for the day and Bob is still dancing!

Another .00x reaction time gave him the advantage he needed when his opponent was uncharacteristically late on the tree, and Bob was able to slow down the Corvette to well above the 9.90 index for the W.
