CURRENT PROJECT:

This is a LNG Cryogenic Heat Exchanger is a high-performance thermal management unit engineered for NASA’s operation. Designed to operate at temperatures near –162 °C, it enables efficient heat transfer between liquefied natural gas and liquid nitrogen while maintaining exceptional reliability under extreme aerospace conditions.

Built from lightweight, high-strength stainless steel alloys, the exchanger features plain tubes for maximum heat transfer efficiency and minimal pressure drop. Its vacuum-jacketed insulation minimizes boil-off losses, and precision-welded joints ensure leak-free performance during thermal cycling.

Compact, durable, and mission-ready, this system supports NASA’s advancements in cryogenic fuel handling, clean-propulsion, and sustainable deep-space energy applications.
