"Wow, what an incredible week it was at Gen Con last week! It was my first time attending, and I was completely blown away by the sheer scale of the event. Who knew it went on practically 24 hours a day? Over the years, we've had the pleasure of getting to know many wonderful people through our hotel rentals for Gen Con. However, being on-site introduced us to even more amazing individuals, and we're truly excited to continue this tradition for years to come.

A big thank you to the Gen Con team for allowing us the opportunity to set up this year. The experience was enlightening, and we've learned a lot that will undoubtedly enhance our services in the future. I want to sincerely apologize for running out of scooters so early each day – it was disappointing for us as well. Rest assured, we're committed to making it right next year by ensuring we have an ample supply of scooters to meet the demand.
