There’s something utterly amazing about the first time you welcome a child into your home. From the memories you make together to the way you help them overcome the trauma they’ve experienced, the path ahead of you is going to be full of twists, turns, and lots of surprises. Keep on pushing, even when it seems challenging, because the more love you show a child the more they realize that there’s still good in the world.
