The truth is, many of us offer a 28-day inpatient program. But recovery doesn't stop on Day 28. That's when the real work begins.
That's why it's so important that we keep individuals connected to the solution through a strong step-down process into PHP and continued treatment. When people stay engaged in recovery, their chances of long-term success increase dramatically. That's a win for the individual, their family, and every provider involved.

We also want to recognize the amazing work that case managers do…. Not just at Avenues, but at treatment centers across the entire state of Indiana. It was truly a pleasure to be invited to the table in Scott County, Indiana, with prosecutors, probation officers, community corrections, Holding Space, and other treatment providers who are all working together to make sure individuals get the help they need and deserve.

These are the kinds of meetings that matter. When we come together as community partners, we stop working in silos and start building real solutions. Recovery doesn't happen because of one person or one organization, it happens when an entire community shows up and works together.
