We’re back for our final Myopia May post! 👓

So far, we’ve learned what myopia is, why it’s important to manage, and discussed our first treatment option — MiSight contact lenses. Today, we’re highlighting another exciting option for our younger nearsighted patients or for children who aren’t great candidates for contacts.

✨ Introducing Stellest glasses! ✨

Stellest lenses use a unique lenslet design with HALT technology to help signal the eye to slow down its growth — which can help slow the progression of myopia over time.

As myopia becomes increasingly more common due to more screen time and less time spent outdoors, we’re grateful that advances in technology are giving families more ways to protect their children’s vision for the future.

If your child is becoming more nearsighted each year, come see us to discuss whether myopia management may be a good fit! 💙

We are so grateful for the care, skill, and positivity she brings to our practice everyday. She goes above and beyond for our patients and is such an important part of our team. We’re truly lucky to have her here!

This Friday, February 20th, most of our team will be attending a continuing education conference to learn new skills and bring fresh ideas back to the practice. As a result, our lab will be closed for new orders that day. We will still be available for dispensing previously ordered glasses, adjustments and minor repairs.

We appreciate your understanding and support!
