I’m looking to hire a FT maintenance technician for 5 of my apartment communities.You would primarily be working in Independence at three local apartments and doing some light travel as needed to 2 out of town properties (mileage reimbursement). Must have customer service/fulfillment experience, plumbing and electrical is a bonus. Must have experience basic computer knowledge. Must be able to work well with a team.
