When Santa slips into your life on Christmas Eve with gifts under the tree, it's a miracle.

When a restaurant tenant slip out of your building in the middle of the night, well, it's a blessing at the Booth.

That's the good news.

The Booth Residences event space-restaurant, ballroom, bar, more cabaret-will be available for rent, for your special events and private parties-receptions, weddings, reunions, etc. by February 2026.

We welcome entertainment (bands), performers, large groups, intimate groups and caterers. We offer liquor service too.

Our B Bar reopens in February every Friday evening.
