A great group had a very fitting bbq feast this holiday weekend

44 Farms Brisket Texas Style
Spicy Maple Duroc Pork Ribs
Herb Smoked Turkey Breast then bathed in smoked Périgord black truffle butter

Can’t forget the sides-

Tallow roasted Herby Potato Salad
Jalapeño Carrot Chopped Slaw with a carrot cider dressing

Finished up with some nice house-made brioche, hot and sour pickles, sumac pickled onions, and Gold Sauce!

Made this killer Bún chả giò- charred marinate beef, crispy shrimp spring roll, lettuce, rice noodles, cucumber, fresh cilantro, topped with crispy shallots and garlic, served with Nước chấm! One of my all time favorite dishes to eat and make! This thing was fresh to death and a perfect spring time dish!
