It’s a great day at My Village Library! Lots of conversations about MAZES!

and… our summer camp is off to a great start!
We are all learning while we are having fun!

Dr. Pam Frable stopped by for show ‘n tell. Her amazing Tcu Nursing students in public health put together an amazing program on the importance of sleep for children, students and adults. Watch for our fall offerings of My Village Library U. Thank you for helping us all to be lifelong learners.

Our own Executive Director, Angie “in action!” Akmakjian was recognized as a Hometown Hero by the Northeast Chamber of Commerce. So proud of our rock star and her huge heart for service.

HEB READS was an awesome event. We met a lot of kids, parents and teachers and had a great time.

Lots of prizes to be won today at My Village Library.

Our mentors, Mike and Samantha brought a quartz crystal today. We are learning about rocks so it was a perfect learning tool for the students.

We are grateful to receive a check for a grant for $2,940.00 from Mid-Cities Pacesetters Rotary and Rotary District 5790 for My Village Library! We are so appreciative for all the support. Thank you DAVE NIELSEN for all your work on this grant and being the MCPS Foundation Chair!
