Today we’re celebrating all things cheesy — because joy matters, especially during cancer treatment.

Nutrition plays an important role in supporting strength, energy, and healing. For many people, cheese can be a helpful source of protein, calories, and calcium, especially when appetite is low or taste changes make eating challenging. From a grilled cheese on a hard day to adding flavor to foods that feel easier to tolerate, sometimes comfort foods are care.
