Only had about an hour tonight because I was busy with school 😴 🙄 but still fit in the time to hit chest.

Workout:
5 x 5 Benchpress
Superset 3x
12 shoulder press
20-25 shoulder flys

3 x 8-12 Weighted dips

Anyways today’s pull workout was a killer. Didn’t film everything but DM me if you have questions.
Warm up
Band pulls for rotator cuff
TRX Rows
Scapula pull ups
Work out
3 x 12 Lat pulls
5 x 5 deadlifts with a pull up hang after each set
4 x 10-12 Hamstring curls
3 x 12-15 Bodyweight curls
5 x 5 Weighted pull ups
Cool down
Hamstring stretch
Reverse crunches
Leg lifts

Really just to make a story about this but I suck at social media...anyways this is my normal breakfast I eat whenever I’m done with class. I usually eat this around 12:00-1:00.

2-3 eggs
Toast with jelly
5-6 slices of lunch meat

After this I’m usually full or busy till dinner
