The April full moon, also known as the Pink Moon because of the pink flowers in bloom at this time of year, rises behind the Saturn V just after sunset tonight. It's also a "micromoon" as the moon is at it's farthest point from earth.

Had some trees try to interfere but managed to get the Hunters Moon rising above the U.S. Space & Rocket Center

Despite how it looks, Horseshoe Bend is extremely crowded at sunset. Thankfully, the masses started to leave after the sun went behind the distant mountains giving a little more elbow room to shoot.

Amazing to be able to photograph the Northern Lights last night in Page, AZ. Such an amazing sight to be able to see them without a camera.
