Tri-State Literacy Council

Tri-State Literacy Council works with adult learners at any literacy level, whether they are learning the alphabet, learning English, or preparing to obtain a high school equivalency diploma. Each student, after registering with TSLC and taking a preliminary assessment, is matched with a basic literacy certified tutor.
