We are so proud of Sean Smith He is a great employee for us!

On Sunday, August 10, we celebrated our first Men's Life House graduation of 2025! Congratulations to Smitty!

During Smitty's graduation, he recalled his journey at the Men's Life House beginning the day when he the jail dropped him off at the corner with just a trash bag full of his things. He came in with essentially nothing but also shared all he is leaving the program having accomplished.

And Smitty accomplished a lot! He was able to find and maintain employment, he bought a truck and was later able to upgrade to a more reliable truck, he saved more than is required, paid off some debt, and began working towards a college degree with the goal of one day earning a doctorate.

There were bumps in the road while Smitty was with us, but through those challenges he has really excelled, and we are proud of his accomplishments. We cannot wait to see what else he is able to do as a graduate of the Men's Life House, and we ask that you continue to keep him in your prayers as he has some big life changes coming up. We also pray he continues to work hard, just as he has done while in the program.
