Position provides one on one care and oversight of care in the patients home. Assignments may include completing/changing wound dressings, medication weekly planner set up, completing OASIS assessments on electronic Medical Record, completing POC's and monitoring of vitals, catheter changes, injections, oversight and management of care team.
