Not your typical aircraft mechanic!
At the NCMS Sustainment Accelerator, Emily, age 5, gave E‑Drill a try (under very close supervision) — and she had no problem removing a fastener on her first try.
Of course, we’re not handing maintenance contracts to kids anytime soon, but it was a fun way to show just how easy E-Drill makes fastener removal. Instead of years of building up the skill (and nerves) to drill out a fastener by hand, anyone can learn to do it safely and precisely in minutes.
