I’m feeling deeply grateful for the opportunity to teach Reiki I on Sunday to these lovely ladies! Watching them connect with their own healing power is nothing short of magic.

We are all capable of healing from within once we understand how our mind, emotions and energy affects us physically and each of them have begun their journey. 💫

This is real life. No filter, the BTS of me writing the final chapter of my book, in last week, while my son napped on me. This book means so much to me, and I can wait to share it with you so soon. ✨

My Son communicated with me while in the womb. Even with my intuitiveness, I still questioned if what I was hearing was legit. 10 days later, the message he gave me came true. 🙌🏼

In this month’s newsletter I shared about an energetic and spiritual experience I had with my Son before he was conceived. This story, along with many more, will be shared in the book I’m writing. 📕

I do not have a set completion time, but this book will fill the void that I was seeking during pregnancy and now motherhood. I can’t wait to share this with you! 🫶🏼
