2023 IPA TINY MEEKER
Bench Press/Deadlift Classic
Lifting starts at 10am!
We are looking forward to having some fun and lift heavy!!
will not only be lifting, he will kick the meet off with the National Anthem!! Talent with the mic and strength on the platform!
OG Tony F will be participating in his second meet at a young age of 70ish...age is just a number, he still stays strong!
And first timer Ben B will look to showcase his strength at the short height of 6'6 😂. Defying range of motion!

Team, with the changes I have made over these last few years, none is bigger than this.
As a certain door was closing, another one reopened. With an opportunity I could not resist.
The ability to continue to grow Team Swoll.
TS at 2002 Rotary is no longer. A building that over 11 years created so many memories. It was time to close those doors and create new memories.
We are moving down the street and will be remodeling our set up!
Also forming a partnership that can help grow and improve TS.
We are set for a re-grand opening on April 15, 2022.
Ironically, its also our 12 yr Anniversary.

Be "Berry" Strong.
Eat right. Train hard. Throw your strawberries into your protein blend 🤣 you will be strong. I am "berry" strong.
Thank you Team for a great week! As always, we welcome the rookies. Though some discovered, being a rookie, you can not just request a PR song..earn that right. 🙂
But we are starting May as we always have. Strong.
