South Shore Stuff

I want to get out there and meet Interesting People of the South Shore.

Charlie Sullivan is a lifelong Boston Bruins superfan. He wears the same jersey with special patches sewn on from over the years. You can still feel his pain from missing the B's win the Stanley Cup while he was in church. He's been building his Bruins den in Hull over the decades with memorabilia gifted to him from his kids, family, and friends. Now he loves sharing his passion with his grandkids.

It's a great room filled with great memories - and more to be added!

Time for another Beyond the Frame. Dave from the Frame Center takes us to South Shore Conservatory. From toddlers banging on drums to teenagers rocking out in bands, there's a little bit of every art form happening here. If you've ever been to an 'Evenings Under the Stars' concert, this beautiful amphitheater is where the magic happens.

The outdoor venue is amazing, as is the inside - bursting with creativity and art. Even the walls feature a rotating gallery.

They're in Hingham and in Duxbury and it was really great getting this glimpse of all the great art they support. Thanks very much for the tour and the time!

Time to go Beyond the Menu with Alex from Land and Sea Provisions in Pembroke!

Today Alex takes us behind the scenes at a Land & Sea Restaurant Staff Training at Barrels & Boards MA in Raynham. Barrels & Boards is a great restaurant serving up a couple different qualities of steak. Today Alex and John DeFranc will be training the staff on just why certified Angus beef is supreme.

I've never been able to see it before my own eyes and thought it was really cool to see so I'm happy that we're sharing that with you too! Some food knowledge and a peak behind the curtain at a great restaurant bringing in a great company (and their supplier) to help train the staff and give them proper support to do their very best job for the customers. Cool stuff all around!
