This deck has taken a beating over the last 3+ years of not being cleaned.
Sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach) is a great cleaner for untreated decks. This job is marked as a restoration. It takes alot to get these decks cleaned the right way. A brightener as well as a neutralizer (oxalic acid) is used while the deck remains wet. It brightens up the tone of the wood, leaving a better overall product instead of just using bleach to clean the deck.
