What a sad day in our home town. Our very own “Santa Claus” - Joel Mashburn - was laid to rest today. For many years, we have had one very unique Christmas experience in Hugo, Oklahoma where Santa rides the elephant in the Christmas parade. Joel was a wonderful man and the best Santa there was. Today, Lisa and Traci, led the funeral procession to Joel’s final resting place. It was an honor for our girls to walk with him one last time. Joel will truly be missed by so many. Prayers to the Mashburn family during this difficult time and the days to follow.
