Although the complacant as well as the bad stewards of the provision the Lord has provided, oftentimes confuse mercy and true charity with accontabillity and good teaching. Those who stand on the outside who view such actions, tend to criticize the ones who speak truth and endeavor to actually give a helping hand up. All while avoiding the hand outs, that most generally serve to merely enable the ongoing sluggard spirit that keeps the destitute on the same wayward path that has kept them imprisoned in their minds through a victim mentallity. One that shifts blame away from their own failures to raise themselves above their current situations of depravity.

With the Lord being the God of order and not chaos, its easy to see why its better to start things off on the proper foot, then complete the course, while finishing strong. Thus avoiding the opposite choice of starting wrong and then having to go back and fix it all.
