sauces inspired by traditional African cuisine available online and at select markets in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Chez Diarra's Chef Idris is former manager of one of Burkina Faso's most popular restaurants, La Foret; head chef at Harlem's heralded, Les Ambassades; and sous chef at New York's Lower East Side Morrocan kitchen, Les Enfants Terrible.
