Job Description

Turtle Transit is looking for a versatile designer to work within a fast paced collaborative environment to translate each client’s experiential display and create renderings of what we can offer. Our designers work close with Project managers, clients, leadership team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the design process with a desire to work with other smart creative and marketing professionals solving design challenges for well-known brands.

Ideal creative is not afraid to present ideas that push the team and clients out of their comfort zones.

Responsibilities:

This Designer will work along side senior leadership, and project managers to develop concepts for both print and digital campaigns.
Eager to jump in and brainstorm ideas for campaigns, proposals, and internal projects.
The right creative will be detail-oriented and able to carry that through to the work produced is a huge factor for success.
Strong agency and design sensibility, ability to organize/lead design ideas based on clients goals.
Ensure designs meet objectives, timeline and quality of deliverables and inspiring confidence to work independently and in support of business objectives.
Be passionate about the design process from concept through completion.
Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
A creative mind, capable of big ideas .
Portfolio showing a strong design sense with traditional, digital and branding
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Sketch
WordPress experience a plus
Must be detailed oriented and work well handling multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
A fiery passion for collaboration.
Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills
Passion (the ability to view the work as fun!)
