My deepest thanks to our law enforcement officers and their families for your selfless service and sacrifice. Yesterday, I attended the National Police Officers Memorial Day ceremony at the Akron FOP Lodge #7 (Akron Police Department, FOP Times Akron 7) to pay tribute to those officers who have tragically fallen in the line of duty, including Officer Justin Winebrenner who's family is from my hometown. My heart goes out. 💙

I am, and believe we all should be, immensely grateful for the service of our law enforcement officers, who put their lives on the line to protect and serve us all. May God Bless You and Your Families and keep you safe today and always. Amen.
