This morning I made mini quiche with red green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, onion, goat cheese, spinach and a little rosemary, salt, and pepper, and some non-dairy free milk
You can really throw in anything that you would like.
It’s so important as women, especially in menopause to have protein, we just don’t get enough in our diet.
Combats muscle loss, as estrogen levels drop, the risk of muscle loss speeds up. protein helps build amino acids needed for lean muscle tissue keeping you strong. 
Protein helps your bones, supports metabolism, and weight management.
Also stabilizes your blood sugar.
When you pair protein with a good complex carbohydrate, it slows down digestion, preventing blood, sugar, spikes, and crashes.
I’m not an egg fan, but I do like it when I add it with lots of fresh veggies!
