This basement bathroom started as a builder-basic space with wasted square footage, minimal storage, and little visual interest.

The goal was simple: create a bathroom that felt less like an afterthought and more like a welcoming space that made everyday routines feel a little more enjoyable.

✔ Added a spacious walk-in shower
✔ Increased vanity storage for everyday functionality
✔ Incorporated custom tile design details to add character and visual impact
✔ Created direct access to a new bedroom suite while maintaining convenient access from the main basement for guests

The result is a beautiful, functional basement bathroom that serves multiple purposes while feeling intentional, inviting, and thoughtfully designed.

Great design isn't just about making a space look better—it's about improving how it works for the people who use it every day.
