Little Cubs Learning Cabin

Well, I thought I'd give some updates here on the Center. After that last crazy storm, the building and playground did get some damage. After repairing that, I spent an entire day choping down as much of the forest behind the building as possible only to get covered in poison Sumac which lead me to an ER visit. It's been I guess, a bit over a month now and I'm finally healing from that mess. Just as I thought things would be getting easier, nope, I get thrown into another mess. Now, the city is requesting I get a survey and an engineer to come out and redo a plat so that I can get approval from the city to rezone this building. This is adding up to another 60 days on top of the 42 days Childcare Regulation needs in order to give me the go to open. Lordy, if it's not one thing, it's another. It's going to be okay though because if there's a will, there's a way. I may not get to open when I wanted to but I guess I'll open when the good lord says it's time to. For those saying it's easy to open a childcare center, it's not.
