To our CTS Family,

With heavy hearts, we want to share that our amazing, beloved mom gained her wings yesterday.
She was truly the matriarch of our family—strong-willed, headstrong in the best way, and the foundation that held us all together.

She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, with a giving heart and a love that reached far beyond our family.
Her strength, compassion, and values are deeply rooted in who we are and in the way we serve our clients each day.
She was always in the forefront when it came to cheering us on in anything we did.

Love like this leaves a massive ache when it’s gone—but it also means we were incredibly blessed to have her.
Her strength, her giving heart, the way she loved others—that all lives on through us.

When you lose your mom, especially one who was the matriarch, the strong one, the heart of the family… it feels like the ground disappears under you. A broken heart doesn’t even feel like strong enough words for that kind of pain.

This loss is truly devastating to our family, and we appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support as we navigate through this incredibly difficult time.

Please know that we will still go as planned and open on January 26th.
