nxiety, fear, and depression are looming large - consuming us. Our women are unraveling beneath the weight of increasing roles and responsibilities, our marriages are running ragged with too many demands and too few connections, and our communities are increasingly disconnected and undefined. Who are you? You may be at a crossroads - needing clarity, safety, support, validation or any of the other precursors to transformation. I offer individual, group and couples sessions to women and their partners. Consciousness is the beginning of all change!
