My crew: mostly former foster youth working their tails off to build their futures: sorts every load. If it still has life, it goes to local Houston charities. If it can be recycled, we make sure it gets there.

But then I see a family get a couch they couldn't afford, or my team taking pride in doing things the right way, and I know it’s worth the extra hustle.
