So many great readers tonight! Thank you to and our MC and our featured readers from and all of y'all who put yourself out there!!!

Hello all you beautiful people. As you may or may not know, Writespace Houston will close its doors in December, so this will be our last community mic. If you’ve looking for a sign to share a poem/story you’ve been working on (or just need a safe place to vent about life’s endless frustrations in a dramatic fashion), this is it!

This month’s featured reader is Leslie Archibald, who will be reading from her forthcoming chapbook! For those who haven’t had the pleasure, Leslie is one of the backbones of Writespace. She has done so much for the organization over the years, and I couldn’t ask for a better opener. Leslie will also share the stage with those who have helped her along in her writing journey, each writer a titan in their own right.

Thank you everyone for being a part of our journey. It has been an honor, truly, and I hope you can make it out. We will also provide food and drink for the event.
