Foundation Strength and Mobility
Foundation Strength and Mobility was created as a means of sharing my passion for moving and feeling better through the development of mobility and functional strength. Currently offering group and individual training sessions at various locations around the city of Houston.
Got in a little shoulder/squat action with last night. We start every workout with a little joint decompression and some mobility work. Follow that up with some supersets to keep the blood pumping and we’re in business. Workout was as follows:
Dead hangs - 1 minute x 4 sets
Windshield Wipers - 45 sec x 4 sets
1a. Dumbbell Press 8 x 4
1b. Kettlebell Sumo Squat 8 x 4
2a. Lateral/Rear Raises 8 x 4
2b. Steel Club Squat to Press 8 x 4
3a. Dips - Max reps x 4
3b. Farmer’s Carry x 4
