Olivia came to me on Easter Sunday with the random idea of maybe wanting to purchase a home.. & well let’s just say that got her pre approved that same day & by the end of the week we were under contract to a gorgeous new construction home! 🤗 After expressing to me that she closed on her first home IN TEARS, I was motivated to make this experience one she would never forget. As a result I was able to get all of her closing costs paid for & then some! Throughout this process I’ve gained a new friendship & got to strengthen an existing one with two divine women that have inspired & empowered me in numerous ways.
