How I know that the market is SHIFTING!

Let me begin with the fact that the last 2 years the real estate industry has been NUTS!

Multiple offers within the first day on the market and buyers agents running around like lunatics trying everything they can to get their buyers under contract!
The listings agents seemed to have all the power and sometimes would not return your calls. Probably because they were overwhelmed with the amount of interest!

In the last 2 days, something happened that surprised me! I had 9 showings and about 4 of the listing agents contacted ME to see what my buyers thought of their listing!!!
