Good News Houston Church

We had a wonderful meeting with our young adults and students today. It was such a joyful and blessed time together at Brother Saw’s house.

This Easter Sunday at Good News Houston Church, we were blessed to share the precious message that through Jesus’ burial and resurrection, we have been made righteous.

It was a joyful and grace filled time as we reflected on the true meaning of Easter.

The children had a wonderful time enjoying the egg hunt, and everyone shared a delicious lunch together in warm fellowship.

We are thankful for the happiness, hope, and grace that filled this beautiful Easter celebration.

[Houston Area CLF Pastor’s Meeting]
Several pastors and church leaders gathered together and shared fellowship over a delicious dinner. The guest speaker preached from the books of Leviticus and Hebrews, explaining how our sins were transferred to Jesus and how all sins were completely washed away through His death. We thank the Lord for granting us a blessed time, as the accurate Word deeply touched the hearts of those who attended.

Pastor Issac Kim preached at Pastor David Garcia’s church. He shared that our lives change depending on whether we unite our hearts with the Old Covenant, which is the law, or with the New Covenant. He encouraged everyone to join their hearts with the New Covenant.

On Sunday afternoon, Pastor Issac Kim shared from 2 Timothy 1:8:
“Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord or of me His prisoner, but join with me in suffering for the gospel according to the power of God.”

He said that when we suffer for the gospel, we can find true happiness and thankfulness. However, Satan deceives us by telling us that avoiding hardship and living comfortably is better. But when we do not avoid suffering and instead walk together through it, even though there may be difficulties, we can still discover thankfulness and joy through those very things.

I would like to once again express my gratitude to everyone who participated in the CLF event—through preparing food, giving offerings, and serving with your hearts. Thank you so much.
