Spencer was riding in the passenger seat, tired after all the festivities over the last few days. They passed an escape room that was at the entrance of their neighborhood. Spencer had done an escape room before and had mentioned multiple times to April that they needed to go to one. As they talked about it, they both agreed it would be pretty rad to open one. In the moment it was just a conversation to pass the time. Months later they went to a really cool escape room. After that April was hooked and the ideas began to flow. They planned their own games instead of buying cookie cutter ones, they built their own elaborate props instead of using the standard ones, and they created the environment they wanted. From that, came Holmes Escape Games. Here at Holmes Escape Games we strive for an experience of complete immersion and total buy in to the game. The guests of Holmes Escape Games will feel the tension and adrenaline as if it was happening to them truly. We focus the rooms around the experience and incorporate activities that will bring out the important things such as communication, working together, and overall having a ridiculously good time.
