Hi ThinkerStudio community!

We just finished our last summer camp this week with Creative Writing and STEAM, and we are now transitioning to prepping for the 2026-2027 school year with our new Day School program and Friday Creative Open Studio and Writer's Workshop classes.

Our Friday Creative Open Studio is just about full, but we still have spots open in our Day School program (K-8th) and our Friday Writer's Workshop class (12+ years).

ThinkerStudio Space & Registration Update for Fall 2026!

To our incredible community of builders, creators, and families: We have some big, exciting news as we prepare to open our registration doors this coming Monday!

Over the last few months, we’ve done a lot of deep listening and intentional planning around our facility footprint for the upcoming school year. To preserve what makes our community so special—our cozy, tight-knit culture, our low artisan-to-learner ratios, and our student-driven independence—we have made the official decision to remain at our home-based studio property for the 2026–2027 school year!

What this means for our layout:
We will be utilizing our home-based studio/property just like we always have—including our indoor studio spaces and our fenced backyard areas. Because we are prioritizing our home property, on-site spots are strictly limited to ensure every single child gets focused, dedicated attention.

FALL 2026 REGISTRATION OPENS THIS MONDAY, JUNE 15!

Whether you’ve been on our Intent to Enroll list or you are brand new to the ThinkerStudio Village, our brand-new Jovial portal opens Monday morning for all tracks:

- Grades K–5 Day School (Mon–Thu Core): Form goes live to secure your core roster spot.

- Grades 6–8 Advanced Studio: Join our early-access priority waitlist while we finish setting up our extra teaching staff for the upper grades!

- Friday Homeschool Supplement (Open to All): Registration opens for our flexible, 8-week blocks! Choose between our Expressive Writing Workshop (Ages 12+) or our hands-on Creative Open Studio physics and engineering blocks (All Grades).

How to Register & Join the Village:
Everyone will be starting fresh in our brand-new system!

If you are already on our email list: Check your inbox on Monday morning! You will receive our full update and the direct portal link to add your family, set up your profile, and register immediately.

If you are a NEW family and haven't joined our community yet: You will need to submit an Intent to Enroll form first so we can get to know your learner. You can fill that out right now by visiting: https://www.lbcschools.org/intent-to-enroll

Once you submit your Intent to Enroll on our website, we will reach out to get you plugged into our upcoming Group Introduction Session this Tuessday, June 16!

A core pillar of our model is making sure our school culture is a perfect fit for your family’s educational goals. If you are new and want to enroll, attendance is required at our upcoming Group Introduction Session & Tour.
