Barcley Place Community Development Corporation is a 501©3 non-profit organization formed in the year of 2004 and located in Houston, Texas. The mission of Barcley Place is to cultivate social and economic development in the Barcley Place & surrounding communities. Our goal is to revitalize and improve the quality of life for individuals and families in our community by providing enrichment and growth opportunities.
