I mixed the okra water with some cold pressed pomegranate juice to help with the texture. He drank it all 🥳

We’re starting over and we’re starting with the gut.

Mind you, we’re also doing a parasite cleanse at the moment because of the full moon.

I’ll try to do a check in every few days to update you guys.

I had to sit with this question for some time but I had to forgive myself for blaming myself for my son’s regression that lead to his autism diagnosis and his other health issues.

I have a few more things I need to forgive myself for but it’s going to take some time.

is helping me to repair Mali’s gut. Because of his histamine intolerance, I can’t follow the GAPS diet to heal his gut, so we’re starting with okra water daily to line his gut.

Words are important for speech delayed kids but functional language has always been higher up on my priority list.

He has regressed in a lot of areas especially this past month, but I’m happy to see him retaining his words.

Mali has been having more melt downs, sleep disturbances. Started head banging again and disrobing. Eloping more … it’s probably more but I can’t remember everything right now. I’ll be talking more about it in the coming weeks and I’ll also walk you through how we’ll be getting back to baseline.

My nervous system is shot so be patient with me please.
