The Garden
Sometimes the hardest thing standing between us and God… is the pedestal we put people on.
When people fail us, it’s easy to let the hurt shape how we see God. But people were never meant to sit on His throne.
Maybe it’s time to let go of who you’ve been looking at… so you can finally see the One who’s been there all along!

You’re invited! 🌱
Week 2 at Waltrip High School already feels a little more like home.
Pastor Manny brought a powerful word in Week 2 of our Summer Reading series, reminding us to trust God even when doubt tries to take over.
Join us this Sunday as we worship, grow, and continue all that God is doing in this new season.

Bring your one & leave changed. We can’t wait to see you!
Some transformations can’t be explained… only witnessed.
The kind of change God does doesn’t just shift your habits—it changes your heart. So deeply that the people who knew the old you can’t recognize who you’re becoming.
That’s the power of a life surrendered to Jesus!
Some people are so familiar with your past that they can’t recognize your growth.
Not because you’ve changed too little… but because they’re still expecting the old version of you.
As you grow in Christ, you’ll have to protect what God is developing in you. The people, places, and patterns you could survive before may not be the ones that help you flourish now.
Growth sometimes looks like creating healthy distance—not out of pride, but out of wisdom.
Protect the new thing God is growing in you!

You can’t see God’s throne if you’ve placed someone else on it.
So many of our struggles with insecurity are actually just struggles with identity. We are trying to find ourselves in the wrong places, looking through the wrong lens & rejecting the God that has made you. But when you adopt God’s perspective, He heals your hindsight. You stop seeing your past as a series of mistakes and start seeing His glory in all of it.
Like Isaiah, it’s time to look up and see the Lord, high and exalted!
Some of us are waiting to see it before we believe it.
But faith has never worked that way.
God is inviting us to trust His truth over the stories we’ve convinced ourselves are true. Because sometimes your eyes won’t open until your heart takes a step of faith.
It’s not sight that sets you free… it’s faith!
Doubt isn’t the problem. Living there is.
Faith isn’t pretending the mountain doesn’t exist. It’s looking it in the face and believing God is still bigger.
Abraham faced the facts… and still trusted the promise. That’s what real faith looks like. It wrestles with doubt instead of making a home for it.
So here’s the question:
Are you wrestling with your doubts… or have you let them move in?
Maybe today is the day to stop settling for uncertainty and start trusting the God who has never stopped being faithful.

POV: I’ve been blind, but through this sermon, Lord... You let me see!
This Sunday, Pastor Manny was back with a Word of insight and revelation! We learned that through faith, we have the supernatural ability to see life the way God sees it.
Sometimes the miracle isn’t that your situation changes… it’s that your perspective does.
If you missed this Sunday, don’t miss the next one. Come worship with us, lean into His presence, and let God transform the way you see!🤍
See you next Sunday!

Bring a friend, bring your Bible, and we’ll see you Sunday. 🤍
Maybe you didn’t waste a season… maybe God was pruning you. 🌿
The moments that felt like loss, delay, or disappointment may have been God removing what couldn’t go where He’s taking you.
Don’t call it a waste if God calls it pruning.
Stay faithful in the ordinary. The small acts of obedience today are preparing you for the extraordinary opportunities He has tomorrow!
