extensive logistics and distribution system, which we have systematically built up over time, to efficiently and cost-effectively purchase, store and deliver physical fuel commodities. Most of our senior management and trading professionals have extensive experience working for major oil companies, mid-stream companies, or large biofuels producers, giving us better appreciation for our suppliers and customers. Our commercial trading counterparts include producers of ethanol and petroleum products on the supply side and large motor gasoline blenders, wholesale distributors and refiners (end-users) on the customer side. With a sharp focus on reliable performance and a disciplined approach to trading, BioUrja has developed a successful track record and deep relationships with an extensive network of commodity suppliers and customers.We emphasize repeat business using a combination of long-term contracts as well as spot activity. Fundamentally, we are not brokers or retail marketers.
